• Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping is Free on all prepaid and COD orders.

4. Tracking Information

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your order status.

5. Delays

• We are not responsible for courier delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen issues beyond our control.
• Please contact the courier directly once tracking is active for real-time updates.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners usually make 3 delivery attempts. If undelivered, the package may be returned.
• Re-shipping will be chargeable in such cases.
